Hashim Clark
Hashim Clark is an Atlanta-born multidisciplinary artist working across watercolor, acrylics, charcoal, sculpture, portraiture, comic art, and large-scale murals. A graduate of the Atlanta College of Art with a focus in Illustration, Clark blends surrealist influences from masters like Dali, Kahlo, and Magritte with the dynamic storytelling of modern comic artists such as Brian Stelfreeze and J. Michael Straczynski. His work -- ranging from his web comic series Con-Funk to album covers, realism portraits, and long form nature studies -- explores emotional depth through vibrant color and imaginative form. With experience teaching various skill levels of art, Clark brings both skill and heart to his practice by creating pieces that evoke whimsy, awe, and a lasting emotional resonance.
